7-metal Tibetan bowls are considered the finest. They contain different metal proportions, and each artisan has a unique recipe to achieve the best sound. The term “7 metals” refers to the highest-quality bowls, with copper as the main component, responsible for the vibration that gives the sound its intensity and duration.

Our Tibetan bowls have a substantial thickness. This is intentional, as the thickness directly influences the intensity and longevity of the sound.

There are two traditional ways to play them: by striking them with a firm hit or by rubbing the mallet around the rim (also called “beating”).
